Las Vegas 2017.jpg

I went to Las Vegas looking to hug, high5, and heal after one of the year's most shocking US tragedies.

There were a lot of folks in from out of town the night of the Mandalay Bay shooting, but what was left in Las Vegas was a community that needed healing.

I went to 13 locations in 12 hours—traveling at high speed—looking to help as many people as I could.  With the help of Advantage Rental Car I went from the Mandalay Bay to senior centers, from cafés to community parks and the remembrance wall—where I hugged a woman who was still traumatized from watching people die around her.
